STAV Dinners
Of course, putting on an event such as this requires people to help out. If you're able to help either before, during or after the event, please contact us. You don't need any experience, just some warm clothes!
We mentioned last issue that the club nights have not attracted much interest over the last few years, and there was doubt as to the value in continuing with them. Nevertheless, getting together for a meal and to swap lies about how well you've been skiing still has it's place, so we're going to try having a meal - probably once a month - at different venues around town (and maybe in the country as well).
First off will be Tuesday July 23 at Nonya, 131 Lygon St Carlton at 7.30pm. The restaurant is non-smoking, licensed and BYO, and can put on individual meals or banquets, including vegetarian. If you're able to join us , contact Ian Hoad on (03) 9553 4496 by July 20th.
